INGREDIENTS

2-3lbs. green apples
2 bags of organic celery
1 bottle alkaline water
18oz. Glass water bottles. *Do not use plastic bottles as they contain harmful toxics

Soak apples and celery in water and 1⁄2 cup apple cider vinegar for 30min. to remove harmful toxin. (If using organic fruits/vegtables you do not have to soak).
Cut apples in have removing the core. Pull celery apart removing and leaves cut off the white bottoms of celery. Insert apples and celery into juicer. Stir and pour 3⁄4 of juice mixture into 18oz. Top off juice mixture with alkaline water. Refrigerate.
